The vision of developer Chestnut Homes, The Quadrant is one of the most exciting, as well as one of the largest, hybrid mixed-use developments in the East Midlands.
Strategically located adjoining the A16 Trunk Road to the South of Boston, the development extends to over 69 acres/29 hectares, with over 500 new homes.
So far over 150 homes have been completed, along with the State-of-the-Art home of Boston United Football Club, the New Jakemans Stadium, Costa Coffee, Greggs, Travelodge Hotel, Papa Johns, Starbucks, Enterprise Rent-A-Car, Burger King and other commercial users.
Boston is one of the fastest growing towns, in one of the fastest growing counties in the UK. The development is attracting other users to the site including LNT, Turnbulls, and a petrol filling station.
